PROJECT COMPLETE โ EPSOM VILLAGE, BENDIGO (VIC)
AMS Constructions is proud to announce the completion of the final stage of our 4-stage mixed-use development at Epsom Village โ a key retail precinct in regional Victoria.
The project included:
๐๏ธ Construction of @carlsjrau , @danmurphys , and @dominos_au
๐ฌ Delivery of multiple multi-tenancy retail buildings
๐ข A major upgrade to the existing shopping centre faรงade
๐ Refurbishment of existing carparks and infrastructure, including new Woolworths Click & Collect bays
๐๏ธ Upgrades to the internal mall foyer and amenities
๐ฃ๏ธ Construction of a new slip lane to Midland Highway and upgrades to the main traffic signals
This was a complex project delivered across multiple stages, involving works around trading stores and intricate roadworks โ all while ensuring minimal disruption to retailers and customers.
Epsom Village is now home to a vibrant mix of retailers, including @chemistwarehouseaus, @woolworths_au, @therejectshop, @aldiaustralia, and many more โ creating a modern destination that supports the needs of the growing Bendigo community.

Over the weekend, members of the AMS team participated in @runmelbourne, completing the half marathon while raising money in support of some truly meaningful causes.
This inspiring event brings together people from all walks of life to fundraise for charities doing incredible work โ including the Australian Cancer Research Foundation, Leukaemia Foundation, Childrenโs Cancer Institute, Beyond Blue, The Alfred, and many more.

AMS Constructions is excited to announce the award and project commencement of a major new development in Armstrong Creek!
Building on our proven experience in delivering complex retail and commercial precincts, this latest project will include a @woolworths_au supermarket and its associated fit-out!
Additionally, the development will include a dedicated drive-thru for click-and-collect services and 11 specialty retail tenancies, with lettable areas up to 1,100mยฒ.
We have already made great progress on site, with major earthworks nearing completion and preparations underway for structural works next week.
We look forward to working closely with all stakeholders to deliver this landmark development for the Greater Geelong community!

Weโre proud to announce the successful completion of the Drรคger Australia Warehouse โ a purpose-built facility tailored to meet the operational needs of one of the worldโs leading safety and medical technology companies.
This state-of-the-art development features a climate-controlled warehouse, a specialised cool room, and two levels of premium office space designed with functionality and comfort in mind. The offices offer a mix of open-plan work areas, private meeting rooms, and stylish breakout spaces, all finished to a high standard to reflect Drรคgerโs global brand.
The site also includes a 501mยณ underground stormwater detention system, ensuring sustainable water management and compliance with modern infrastructure standards.
