We are proud to present photos from our recently completed Stages 1 and 2 of our mixed-use project in Epsom (Bendigo), Victoria. The recently completed stages add to an already thriving shopping precinct by providing exciting new retail facilities for the local area. The works comprise a new stand-alone @danmurphys @carlsjrau @dominos_au Pizza (base-build), and a multiple retail tenancy.

AMS Constructions and National Retail Group Pty Ltd would like to congratulate and thank the project team, key contractors, consultants, and stakeholders as well as our highly valued Client. Works have now commenced on the next stages – further retail tenancies, a modern facelift to the existing shopping centre, and significant infrastructure upgrade works to Midland Highway as well as the construction of a new KFC building adjacent to the shopping centre.

This exciting project comprises a retail building split into 3 tenancies and a fast-food restaurant!

The development is due for commencement in late August and will be a valued addition to a growing area like Hervey Bay!

We are excited to be working alongside another highly valued Client to deliver this project!

Progress update from our Tarneit Mixed-use project. The @bp_plc service station, @carlsjrau, and one retail tenancy building structure has been erected, with works progressing well on the other retail tenancies and Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten ground structure. Once completed this project will consist of 6 six separate buildings – BP, Carls Jnr, Aspire Childcare Centre, a Gymnasium, and 6 retail tenancies!

We acknowledge our project partner and Client Oreana Group and appreciate the opportunity to deliver on this important development. We look forward to continuing to develop this relationship into other key projects!

Progress update from our exciting new Childcare project in Mitcham. Utilizing suspended concrete construction and pre-fabricated BlueScope TRUCORE framing, the main building structure is now complete. When trading this double-storey building will cater to 128 children. The project is on track for an August completion!

Upon completion of the separate infrastructure services and off-site civil works, this new centre will provide exciting new retail facilities for the local area including a @tacobellaus for Collins Foods Limited, @carlsjrau
for CKE Restaurants Inc, @kfcaustralia restaurant for Southern Restaurants Group, a @bp_plc service station for @jasbe_group and 6 retail food tenancies.

AMS constructions are proud to announce the successful completion of the new build KFC restaurant in Cranbourne west for our valued Client Southern Restaurants Group. This brings SRG’s total number of KFC restaurants to an impressive 88 stores with more set to open in the coming months!

It was gratifying to receive strong praise from the Client, design consultants and all stakeholders on the level of quality of this build and project delivery meeting program and the group's scheduled trade date. Congratulations to the AMS Project Team and everybody involved - a fantastic effort and a great result.

We are very excited to announce our appointed as Head Contractor for the design and construction of the Sayers Road Mixed-Use Project in Tarneit for the Oreana Group.

It is a privilege to again assist with the development of another @carlsjrau restaurant, @bp_plc service station for @jasbe_group, and now an @aspire_early_education childcare as well as other notable tenants.

The project team has marked the start of construction and we look forward to sharing further updates on the project as construction progresses.

AMS Constructions are proud to announce the successful delivery of the Pakenham Childcare and Medical Centre project. Despite supply chain issues and an industry shutdown due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we were able to deliver this project in time to allow it to be fully operational prior to the Christmas break. We are pleased to have contributed to the amenity of the Pakenham area for generations to come.

AMS Constructions had the pleasure to deliver the complete strip out and refit of this existing @bp_plc Petrol Station in Seaford for our highly valued Client @jasbe_group. Despite an industry shutdown due to COVD-19 restrictions, we were able to deliver the store ready for full operation prior to the Christmas break. The refurbished store now incorporates a drive-thru ‘Coffee Time’ and the popular donut chain @danielsdonutsaustralia, which makes this a popular stop for refueling cars and drivers alike.

AMS Constructions is proud to have been selected by the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) for photographs to include in their upcoming Strategic Plan Report. Our Beaconsfield Mixed Use site was utilised as part of the illustration of the different types of construction currently occurring across Victoria, and the audit and inspection processes that are undertaken by the authority.

We were pleased that our project was considered suitable for reference in this important document, and were happy to provide assistance and support on the day.

We are excited to be back after a well-earned break!

As we speak, our Beaconsfield Mixed-Use development is changing day by day. We are proud to announce that we have achieved a project milestone prior to the end of last year with completion of the last of the building structures. In addition, fit-out work is now well advanced on the @tacobellaus, and is underway for the @carlsjrau and @kfcaustralia buildings, as well as civil preparation for the carpark and road ways.

Upon completion, this multi-use development will feature 3 individual convenience restaurants, 6 retail tenancies, and a @bp_plc service station.

Progress update from the Casa D’Abruzzo Club project. Despite the COVID lockdowns and wet weather we have pushed ahead with the external cladding to the new stadium and commenced fit-out. Internally we have been completing the upgrade of key areas ready for the club’s reopening, including the Gaming bar and amenities, Café bar, reception, Members Bar, and the bistro.

We have again had the pleasure of delivering another @aurrum.kids Early Learning Centre for our valued clients @homecoau and @jeckra, this time in the regional city of Ballarat (Wendouree)!

With the use of reclaimed brick facings and striking circular windows to create a welcoming façade, the centre provides vibrant and bright interior activity rooms, and a fun-filled and colourful outdoor play space. All delivered to a high quality, with thanks to the support of a number of local trades, and our regular sub-contractors.
